About the Training Track
The Professional Tourism Trip Organizer Track is a professional program aimed at qualifying trainees to understand and apply the practical foundations of designing and organizing tourism trips and programs, starting from studying travelers’ needs and selecting the destination, through designing the program and managing operational details, to delivering a comprehensive, safe, and valuable tourism experience.
The role of a trip organizer is not limited to selecting places and arranging visit schedules. A professional in this field needs to understand tourist behavior, experience design, time management, dealing with suppliers, coordinating the different elements of a trip, risk and emergency management, and communicating with clients.
The track covers the fundamental stages of building a tourism trip, including identifying the target group, studying the destination, selecting program elements, building a logical itinerary, estimating time and costs, selecting appropriate services, setting the budget and pricing, and coordinating with service providers, in addition to customer service principles and expectation management.
The track includes a practical component that helps trainees deal with real-life scenarios, design tourism programs, prepare itineraries, calculate costs, and handle modifications and unexpected challenges.
